Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) on all orders within the United States.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays: VaultStack is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help.
